As we approach the end of a busy and productive year, we want to take a moment to thank all of our customers, reseller partners, and friends for your continued support.
Whether you’ve recently bought a new 300DT for your workshop or are integrating one of our automatic industrial machines into your manufacturing facility, we are grateful to be working with you.
To help you plan your projects and technical support requirements over the festive period, please find our holiday opening hours for our global offices and UK factory below.
UK & Germany
Office and Factory Hours
Our UK headquarters, UK factory, and German sales office will be taking a winter break to allow our teams to recharge for the new year.
- Closed: Wednesday 24th December 2025
- Reopening: Monday 5th January 2026
Please note: Any orders for spare parts or consumables placed during this period will be processed as a priority when we return on January 5th.
USA
Office Hours
Our North American team will be observing a shorter holiday closure to ensure continued support for our customers across the pond.
- Closed: Wednesday 24th December 2025
- Reopening: Monday 29th December 2025
Orders received over the Christmas break will ship on Monday 29th December, and orders received over the New Year's break will ship on Monday 5th January 2026.
