We are currently seeking an Experienced Salesperson (Contractor) to drive our Business-to-Business sales across the Formech International group.
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader, and a technical problem solver to manage inbound leads, hunt for new business, and nurture client relationships.
The Role: Independence Meets Opportunity
The unique advantage of this role is its flexibility. You do not need to reside in the UK. While you will report to our UK headquarters, this is a remote appointment and you will need to be able to travel extensively in the UK, Europe and West Asia. As long as you are willing to travel extensively to client sites and trade shows, your "home base" can be elsewhere.
Key Highlights of the Position:
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Minimum 3 years, subject to a 6-month review).
- Earning Potential: A competitive retainer plus an uncapped commission structure, with a potential annual OTE of €100,000+.

Who We Are Looking For
You are a veteran of the industrial machinery or capital equipment sector. You understand that selling machinery isn't just about specs; it's about understanding a client's operational needs - whether they are in R&D, automotive, chocolate production, or education - and offering the right solution.
Essential Requirements:
- Bilingual Fluency: You must be fluent in a second language. Furthermore, if English is not your native language, you must be extremely proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Experience: Typically 3+ years in B2B industrial sales.
- Technical Acumen: You can comfortably explain complex machinery specifications and technical benefits to engineers and stakeholders.
- Mobility: A full, clean driving license and a willingness to travel extensively.
